This service is not gambling and is not a bet. SportFunded provides a skill-evaluation service on a demo account. No real bet is placed and no money is wagered: the user never stakes funds on the outcome of an event. The fees paid are evaluation-service fees, not a stake. Payouts are a contractual performance-based compensation, not winnings derived from chance. SportFunded is not a bookmaker and accepts no deposit intended to be wagered.

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to the sportfunded.com website, the creation of an account, the purchase of an evaluation challenge and the use of the SportFunded platform.

2. Service provided

SportFunded allows the user to take an evaluation on a demo account backed by market data. If the user follows the displayed rules and passes the challenge, they may access a funded SportFunded account and request payouts according to the rules in force.

The balances, exposures and results shown in the application are internal simulation elements with no monetary value for the user. No user deposit is placed with a betting operator, and the user cannot lose anything beyond the evaluation fees paid.

The main rules are displayed on the site and in the application: performance target, maximum drawdown, market-odds range, maximum exposure per selection, minimum number of selections, period and covered markets, payout conditions. These rules are designed so that success depends on a skill of analysis measured over time (volume and consistency of selections, risk management), and not on an isolated result or on luck: success cannot be achieved on a single lucky selection. The user must review them before purchase.

SportFunded reserves the right to cancel a selection, to correct an obvious error in an odd or a result, or to refuse a payout in the event of a breach of the rules, exploitation of a loophole, or behaviour contrary to the spirit of the program.

5. Price and payment

Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of tax where applicable. Payment is made through a secure provider, in particular Stripe. Access to the challenge is activated once payment is confirmed.

6. Payouts

A payout is a contractual performance-based compensation (profit split according to the displayed schedule) paid to a user who has reached and then maintained the performance targets of their funded account. It is neither gambling winnings nor a random prize, but the consideration for an analysis service. Payouts are subject to full compliance with the account rules, the displayed caps and internal checks. SportFunded may request additional information before any payment.

The service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, nor an incentive to bet. The user remains solely responsible for their decisions and their risk management.

8. Service availability

SportFunded uses its best efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee continuous access. Interruptions may occur in the event of maintenance, a technical incident, the unavailability of an odds provider or force majeure.

9. Liability

SportFunded cannot be held liable for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, service interruptions, third-party provider errors or misuse of the service. SportFunded's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the challenge concerned, save where mandatory law provides otherwise.

10. Intellectual property

The site, texts, interfaces, logos, trademarks, content and graphic elements are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Refund conditions are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

13. Changes to the terms

SportFunded may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online at the time of purchase or use of the service.

14. Legal nature of the service

The service does not constitute gambling, a game of chance, a lottery or a betting activity within the meaning of the applicable regulations. No stake is wagered by the user on the outcome of an event, and no sum is paid out based on chance. The purpose of the service is the evaluation of a sports-analysis skill and the funding of the most consistent profiles, on the model of "prop firm" companies. The classification adopted herein does not prevent the sovereign assessment of the competent authorities and courts.

15. Identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML)

Before any first payout, and at any time in the event of doubt, SportFunded may carry out identity and age verification (supporting document), as well as checks on the source of funds for large payments. SportFunded may suspend or refuse a payment, freeze or close an account in the event of refusal to cooperate, suspicion of fraud, multiple accounts or behaviour contrary to anti-money-laundering rules.

16. Territorial restrictions

The service may be unavailable or restricted in certain countries or territories depending on their local regulations. The user is solely responsible for complying with the laws applicable in their country of residence. SportFunded may refuse access, block an account or refuse a payout to any person located in a jurisdiction where the service cannot be offered.

17. Responsible evaluation

SportFunded encourages a measured use of its evaluation program. The only amount the user can commit is the price of their evaluation; no loss can go beyond that. A user who wishes to take a break may close their account at any time by writing to support.
