2. Data collected

We may collect the following data:

• email, encrypted password, account identifier;
• chosen challenge, account status, activity history within the application;
• payments, amount paid, Stripe reference, payment status;
• support requests, payout requests, email exchanges;
• limited technical data: pages viewed, clicks, date, browser, anonymized visit fingerprint.

3. Purposes

The data is used to:

• create and manage your account;
• provide access to the challenges and the application;
• process payments, prevent fraud and handle disputes;
• enforce the program rules, payout requests and support;
• send the emails necessary for the service and, where applicable, marketing communications;
• measure site performance and improve the service.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the case, processing is based on the performance of the contract, SportFunded's legitimate interest, compliance with legal obligations, or the user's consent.

5. Service providers

Data may be shared with technical providers strictly necessary for the service: hosting, payment, transactional email, internal analytics, support or security tools. These providers process the data in accordance with their own confidentiality and security obligations.

6. Retention

Account data is kept for as long as the account exists, then archived where necessary to handle legal obligations, disputes, fraud or proof of payment. Payment data may be kept for the legally required period. Marketing data is kept until unsubscription or objection.

7. Cookies and audience measurement

SportFunded uses internal audience measurement without any advertising cookie. Visits may be counted from an anonymized, regularly renewed fingerprint, without directly storing the IP address.

8. Security

SportFunded implements reasonable measures to protect data: encrypted passwords, restricted access, secure hosting and reputable providers. As no system is infallible, the user must also protect their own credentials.

9. Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise your rights: contact@sportfunded.com.

10. Complaint

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may contact the competent data-protection authority, in particular the CNIL in France.

This policy may be updated at any time. The version published on the site is the applicable version.
